At Hagogift, we are committed to delivering your custom-made products with care and transparency. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information about order processing, shipping times, fees, and other important details.

Order Processing Time

All Hagogift products are made-to-order and customized, including but not limited to T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tumblers, and other personalized items.

  • Order processing time: 2–3 business days

  • Processing days: Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays)

Please note that processing time refers to the time required to produce, quality-check, and package your order before it is shipped.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are shipped from facilities located in the United States.


Shipping Methods & Fees (United States)

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. customers:

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99
    Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after order processing

  • Expedited Shipping: $15.99
    Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after order processing (prioritized handling and faster carrier service depending on location)

Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Estimated Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–13 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 7–13 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become available after the package is handed over to the carrier.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Because our products are customized and produced specifically for each order:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.

  • Shipping delays caused by additional customization requirements or order changes requested after purchase are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

  • Hagogift is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.


Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shopping seasons

  • Force majeure events

Hagogift is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at amzselleracc@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged item or packaging (if applicable)

We will review each case individually and work with the carrier to provide a resolution when applicable.
