At Hagogift, all products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds within 15 days of the delivery date ONLY in the following cases:

  • The customer received the wrong product (incorrect item, design, or variant)

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

In these approved cases, Hagogift will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Customer preference issues (fit, color expectations, style preference)

  • Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (wrong address, incorrect customization details)

  • Normal variations in color, size, or placement that are inherent to custom-made products

  • Orders placed incorrectly or changed after production has started

Because our products are customized and produced on demand, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they meet the eligibility criteria listed above.

Return & Refund Request Process

To request a return or refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us
    Email amzselleracc@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Required Information
    Please include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue (wrong item or damage)

    • A brief description of the problem

  3. Review & Approval
    Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions or offer a replacement/refund.

  4. Return Shipping

    • If the issue is approved, Hagogift will cover the return shipping cost.

    • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval or after the returned item is received (if applicable).

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by Hagogift.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • For approved cases, we may offer a replacement item instead of a refund at no additional cost.

  • Replacement production and shipping times follow our standard processing and shipping timelines.

Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

  • Minor differences in color, size, or print placement are normal for custom products and do not qualify as defects.

  • Hagogift reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
