AURENER STORE – RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Effective Date: December 1, 2024

At Aurener Store, every item is made-to-order through our Print-On-Demand (POD) production process. Because each product is custom printed especially for you, our return and exchange rules are different from traditional retail. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final (POD Policy)

Since each item is produced individually upon purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Not liking the material or style

Please review size charts carefully before completing checkout.


2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We will gladly replace or refund your order if any of the following issues occur:

Defective product

(Printing error, damaged item, manufacturing defects)

Wrong item received

(Incorrect size, design, or color due to production error)

Item damaged during shipping

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • 2–4 photos clearly showing the issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

Without photographic evidence, we cannot process a replacement or refund.


3. Reporting an Issue

To report a problem with your order, please email:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Our support team will review your case within 24–48 hours.


4. Wrong Size Ordered (Customer Mistake)

Because each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges when the customer selects the wrong size.

Please review our size guide before purchasing.


5. Order Cancellation or Changes

Orders may only be changed or canceled within 6 hours after purchase.
After production begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstance.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 15 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

We may offer a replacement depending on the situation.


7. Returned-to-Sender Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing apartment number

  • Unreachable recipient

  • Refusal to accept delivery

…cannot be resent or refunded.
A new order must be placed with correct information.

Please double-check your shipping details before checkout.


8. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may issue a partial refund only in rare circumstances, such as:

  • Significant delivery delays caused by carriers

  • Unexpected production errors affecting quality

Partial refunds are issued at Aurener Store’s discretion.


9. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If your item qualifies for replacement due to an error from our side, we will produce and ship a new one at no cost.


10. Return Shipping

Because returns are generally not accepted, you do not need to ship items back unless explicitly requested by our support team.

If a return is required, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees unless the error was caused by Aurener Store.


11. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Personalized or custom-designed products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Digital products (if any)
