2. How does Print-On-Demand (POD) work?
When you place an order, we produce your item individually — printing, cutting, and crafting it based on your chosen design. This allows us to reduce waste, deliver unique items, and offer designs you won’t find anywhere else.
3. How long does production take?
Production time typically takes:

4. How long is shipping time?
Standard shipping usually takes:

5. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Aurener Store ships to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have limitations depending on carriers and postal services.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can click the tracking link to monitor the movement of your package in real time.
7. Why is my order arriving in separate packages?
Items may ship separately because we work with multiple specialized production partners. This does not affect shipping cost — you only pay once.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our products are custom-made, orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
9. What is your return & refund policy?
Due to the customized nature of POD products, we do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse, wrong size choice, or change of mind.
However, we will replace or refund items if:

Just email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
10. What if I received the wrong size or wrong print?
Please contact us with photos of the product you received. If the mistake is from our production or logistics side, we will replace the item at no cost.

Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrectly made.

This is normal for newly printed items. The scent will disappear after a quick wash or after letting the product air out for a few hours.
