AURENER STORE – SHIPPING POLICY

At Aurener Store, every product is made-to-order using our Print-On-Demand (POD) production process. This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are produced, shipped, and delivered.
1. Processing Time (Production Time)
Because each item is custom-made, production begins after your order is placed.
Typical processing time:
✔ Apparel / Hoodies / T-Shirts / Accessories:
2–5 business days
✔ Shoes, boots, and custom footwear:
5–10 business days
✔ Home décor items (canvas, posters, blankets, etc.):
3–7 business days
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-demand seasons, or due to supply constraints.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
United States:
7–15 business days
Canada, UK, EU:
10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand:
10–20 business days
Rest of the World:
12–25 business days
Please note:

Delivery times vary by destination, customs clearance, and carrier delays.

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery speed is out of our control.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
You can track your shipment using the link provided.
Important notes:

Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after the item is shipped.

Some destinations may have limited tracking updates depending on the local carrier.
4. Multiple Shipments
Because we work with several POD production facilities, your items may ship separately.
You may receive more than one package, even if items were ordered together.
This does not affect your shipping cost.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping method selected
Free shipping promotions may be available during specific campaigns.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Aurener Store is not responsible for orders lost due to:

Wrong address

Missing apartment or unit number
-
Recipient not available

Customer refusal of delivery
If the package is returned to sender, we cannot resend it.
A new order must be placed.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by your country.

These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable fees.
We are unable to estimate or control these additional costs.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package shows no tracking updates for 15+ business days, please contact us for support.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
9. “Delivered” But Not Received
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package:

Check your mailbox, front door, porch, or neighbors

Contact your local post office or carrier

Contact building management (for apartments)
If the package cannot be located, we will assist as much as possible, but we cannot issue refunds for orders marked as Delivered — responsibility may fall on the carrier.
10. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6 hours after being placed.
After production begins, modifications are no longer possible.
11. Holiday Shipping Notice
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Lunar New Year), production and shipping delays may occur due to high volume.
We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
