AURENER STORE – REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: December 1, 2024

At Aurener Store, all products are created using a Print-On-Demand (POD) model, which means every item is custom-made when you place your order. Because of this personalized production process, our refund rules differ from traditional retail stores.

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.


1. All Sales Are Final

Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size or color

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Not liking the design, fabric, or fit

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts before checking out.


2. Situations Where Refunds ARE Accepted

We will issue a refund only if one of the following occurs:

✔ Defective product

(e.g., misprint, low-quality print, damaged item)

✔ Wrong item delivered

(e.g., incorrect size, design, variant caused by production error)

✔ Item damaged during transit

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • 2–4 clear photos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

We cannot issue refunds without photographic evidence.


3. Refund or Replacement Options

If your claim is approved, you may choose:

Option A – Replacement (free of charge)

We will remake and resend your item.

Option B – Full Refund

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund processing time depends on your bank or card provider (typically 3–10 business days).


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The customer provides the wrong shipping address

  • Tracking shows the package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it

  • The customer refuses the package or fails to collect it

  • Production delays occur during peak seasons or holidays

  • Shipping delays happen due to customs or carrier issues

  • The customer submits incomplete or unclear evidence


5. Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows:

  • “Delivered” but you did not receive it → contact the carrier directly first

  • No movement for 15+ business days → contact us for investigation

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we may issue a refund or replacement depending on the situation.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Aurener Store reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that is:

  • Fraudulent

  • Incorrect

  • Submitted without contacting us first

Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be banned from future purchases.


8. Processing Refunds

Once a refund is approved:

  • We’ll email you a confirmation

  • Refunds are automatically applied to your original payment method

  • Banks may take several business days to finalize the credit

If the refund does not appear after 10 business days, please contact your bank.
